• Custom kits are made-to-order. Production takes 2–6 days, plus careful packaging and shipping (~4–7 days).

• The average delivery time is 10–13 days from the order date. If this time has not yet passed, your order is still on its way, so no need to contact us yet.

• You will automatically receive a tracking email as soon as your package is shipped.
