Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If you're not satisfied with the quality, we prioritize replacing your product at no extra cost. Refunds are only offered if the issue persists, though replacements are our primary solution.

Return Conditions
Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Upon approval, we’ll provide a return shipping  instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damages
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the damage. To ensure a quick resolution, please send clear and detailed photos of the issue you’ve encountered.

Non-returnable Items
Custom products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Please note, once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned under any circumstances, as it goes into production immediately. Choose images for custom products carefully. By uploading your photo and completing the order, you acknowledge that our team will create the design based on your image according to our standard production practices. Custom designs are made exactly from the photo provided, and they cannot be modified or changed after the order is placed.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to return the item for any reason. The item must be in its original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Contact us if it takes longer than 15 days after approval.

Paint by Canvas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Times
Custom Paint by Numbers canvases take 8-10 business days for production and shipping, with an average delivery time of 8 business days to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. Please note that Paint By Canvas is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. If delivery exceeds 30 days, a replacement will be sent. Refunds are not provided for delayed deliveries.

With Express Delivery, the estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit, customs fees, shipping delays due to strikes (e.g., postal strikes), or other circumstances beyond our control. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery times are estimates based on past performance and are calculated in business days. Public holidays may cause delays beyond the estimated timeframe.
