Beach Porch Paint by Numbers Kit

Sunlight crosses the deck while the rocking chair faces an open blue horizon. The beach porch paint by numbers kit centers a wooden rocker between potted palms, with the ocean beyond the railing.

Painters who prefer open coastal scenery with clear structural shapes are well matched to this design because the broad sky and deck provide strong anchors around the finer foliage. On the 16x20 in (40x50 cm) canvas, the porch spans the foreground while the beach and surf remain open beyond it.

Palm fronds, chair slats, railing gaps, and thin wave crests require close placement, while the large sky and deck boards keep the overall detail level moderate.

24 colors gives the surf and cloud banks broader blue-white steps and keeps the scene crisp. With 36 colors, those areas hold more gradual daylight through the wave foam and layered clouds.

We recommend the 36-color version for this design.

24 or 36 colors — which version?

It's simply how many different shades the design is painted with. The 24-color version has a clean, classic look and is a little easier to paint. The 36-color version adds extra shades for smoother blending and a more realistic finish. Both come with all the paint you need to complete your canvas — the number is about shades, not how much paint.
