Black and White Christmas Village Paint by Numbers Kit

The street is all snow and shadow, and still every window, lamp and wreath is lit.

In a black and white Christmas village paint by numbers kit, a snow-covered tree with a bright star, wreathed lampposts and a church spire line a road that runs toward distant mountains.

36 colors keeps the snow in soft, rounded drifts and lets the glow around each lamp spread into the dark, while 24 colors cuts the drifts into crisp, graphic planes and keeps every lit window a clean bright shape.

A good match for a painter who enjoys glowing windows, wreaths and small architectural details.

On the 16x20 in (40x50 cm) canvas the big tree stands on the left and the street runs back to the right, past the lampposts, the church and the shop fronts. String lights on the tree, window panes, wreath bows and fine roof trim each need a clean outline.

We recommend the 24-color version for this design.

• Step-by-step instructions
• Optional: Pre-stretched frame (ready to hang)

24 or 36 colors — which version?

It's simply how many different shades the design is painted with. The 24-color version has a clean, classic look and is a little easier to paint. The 36-color version adds extra shades for smoother blending and a more realistic finish. Both come with all the paint you need to complete your canvas — the number is about shades, not how much paint.
