Black and White Classic Car Paint by Numbers Kit

Every spoke of the wire wheels catches its own thread of light, and the chrome bumpers, round headlights and long hood do the same. A dark classic coupe stands on a curving coast road above the sea in this black and white classic car paint by numbers kit, with cypresses and a hillside village in the distance.

Suits someone who enjoys polished surfaces and the curves of a classic car, since chrome, glass and glossy paint each carry a different reflection of the coast.

On the 16x20 in (40x50 cm) canvas the car stretches across nearly the whole width, nose toward the lower right, with the sea and mountains in the upper right. The wire wheels, the grille bars and the reflections along the body hold the finest detail, and the chrome adds thin, bright edges that each need exact placing.

Step up to 36 colors and the glossy paint on the fender gains smoother gradations from highlight to shadow, and the sun's glitter on the sea spreads into a softer glow. Stay with 24 colors and the paint, chrome and sea break into bolder bands of light and dark, a crisp, graphic look.

We recommend the 24-color version for this design.

24 or 36 colors — which version?

It's simply how many different shades the design is painted with. The 24-color version has a clean, classic look and is a little easier to paint. The 36-color version adds extra shades for smoother blending and a more realistic finish. Both come with all the paint you need to complete your canvas — the number is about shades, not how much paint.
