Full Moon Paint by Numbers Kit

The moon is enormous, yet the dark trunks keep the composition grounded. This full moon paint by numbers scene places a glowing gold moon above reflective water beneath layered blue, green, violet, and orange foliage.

Adult and senior painters who enjoy detailed landscapes have clear landmarks here because the moon, shoreline, and main tree trunks divide the dense foliage into distinct sections.

The moon face and lake reflection carry more separate warm-to-cool steps at 36 colors, keeping gold, orange, cream, blue, and green areas distinct. At 24 colors, those passages become broader bands that emphasize the graphic shapes.

Across the 16x20 in (40x50 cm) canvas, the moon anchors the lower sky while the branching trees spread through the upper and right edges.

Small leaf clusters, thin branches, broken reflections, and mottled shapes across the moon require sustained precision. Finished, the dark tree structure remains clear against the glowing circular moon and layered color beyond it.

We recommend the 36-color version for this design.

24 or 36 colors — which version?

It's simply how many different shades the design is painted with. The 24-color version has a clean, classic look and is a little easier to paint. The 36-color version adds extra shades for smoother blending and a more realistic finish. Both come with all the paint you need to complete your canvas — the number is about shades, not how much paint.
