Moon Phase Pumpkin Paint by Numbers Kit

These are harvest pumpkins turned into folk ornament, with leafy motifs and lunar symbols painted across their surfaces. On the 16x20 in (40x50 cm) canvas, this moon phase pumpkin paint by numbers kit stacks cream, sage, and terracotta gourds among pampas grass, foliage, and a sunflower. The pumpkin ribs and pampas plumes carry soft shading across their surfaces: 36 colors gives those areas a wider tonal range, while 24 colors emphasizes stronger decorative planes.

Thin pampas strands, small berry stems, sunflower details, and narrow leaf motifs demand steady separation across the denser areas of the design.

The large pumpkin forms keep the composition readable from a distance, while the moon symbols and repeating botanical patterns add detail closer to the canvas.

This suits a painter who enjoys seasonal folk design with repeated botanical motifs and layered autumn textures. The finished palette pairs naturally with warm wood, cream textiles, and earthy interiors.

We recommend the 36-color version for this design.

24 or 36 colors — which version?

It's simply how many different shades the design is painted with. The 24-color version has a clean, classic look and is a little easier to paint. The 36-color version adds extra shades for smoother blending and a more realistic finish. Both come with all the paint you need to complete your canvas — the number is about shades, not how much paint.
