Resting Fox Paint by Numbers Kit

Curled into a tight ring with its tail over its muzzle, this fox still keeps its eyes open and looking straight ahead. It is a black and white fox paint by numbers kit: a resting animal on a mossy rock, framed by dark leaves.

The fur takes the most care: fine gray gradations run along the back and through the pale tail. The dark leaves and the mossy rock fill in as broad shapes, so the project suits a painter who likes an animal portrait with a calm mood and wants every choice to be about light and shadow.

Each kit has a 16x20 in (40x50 cm) numbered canvas, and the design is available in a 24-color or a 36-color version.

Step up to 36 colors and the move from white to deep black gains more middle grays across the fur and tail. 24 colors keeps the same range in bolder, cleaner steps.

We recommend the 24-color version for this design.

What's included:

• 16x20 in (40x50 cm) numbered canvas

No experience is required. Every canvas is clearly numbered, guiding you step by step. Thousands of first-time painters have completed their first artwork with our kits – and loved the result.

You'll not only enjoy the process but also experience the "wow effect" when you see your finished painting come to life.

Everything you need arrives in one box:

• Pre-printed numbered canvas (your chosen size)
• Acrylic paint set (24 or 36 colors – always enough to finish, and we'll send extra for free if you ever run out)
• 3 premium artist brushes (different sizes for details and larger areas)
• Reference color chart & printed guide
• Step-by-step instructions
• Optional: Pre-stretched frame (ready to hang)

24 or 36 colors — which version?

It's simply how many different shades the design is painted with. The 24-color version has a clean, classic look and is a little easier to paint. The 36-color version adds extra shades for smoother blending and a more realistic finish. Both come with all the paint you need to complete your canvas — the number is about shades, not how much paint.
