Stained-Glass Cat Paint by Numbers Kit

Almost every shape is bordered by dark leading, so the painting rhythm is clear but detailed. A calico cat sits inside a stained glass cat paint by numbers kit with blue arched panes, green leaf forms, gold borders, and red accents.

On the 16x20 in (40x50 cm) canvas, the seated cat fills the center while the window frame reaches all four edges. The whiskers, eye rings, paw toes, and narrow border pieces need the most precise placement.

With 36 colors, the blue window panes, green leaves, gold arch, red side pieces, and orange-brown fur bands stay more distinct. At 24 colors the same leaded pattern becomes bolder, with stronger color blocks in the border and cat coat.

A patient cat owner or stained-glass fan gets a detailed animal project here because the subject is familiar, but the panel structure adds plenty of small enclosed shapes.

We recommend the 36-color version for this design.

24 or 36 colors — which version?

It's simply how many different shades the design is painted with. The 24-color version has a clean, classic look and is a little easier to paint. The 36-color version adds extra shades for smoother blending and a more realistic finish. Both come with all the paint you need to complete your canvas — the number is about shades, not how much paint.
