Sunset Woman Paint by Numbers Kit

The low sun hangs over a seated woman in a wide-brim hat, with the valley opening beyond her. This woman paint by numbers kit suits a painter who prefers earthy folk scenery because the figure and landscape are organized in clear, repeating shapes.

The sunset sky and dress ornaments stay crisp at 24 colors, with terracotta, cream, and olive areas separated into strong decorative blocks. Step up to 36 colors and the hair, distant hills, and reflected light on the water gain softer tonal steps.

On the 16x20 in (40x50 cm) canvas, the seated figure fills the lower center while the sun and valley keep the upper half open.

Precision builds around the flower stems, patterned sleeve border, and separate curls in the hair; the larger sun rays and distant slopes use broader shapes. Once finished, the dark hair and cream dress hold the foreground clearly against the glowing landscape.

We recommend the 24-color version for this design.

24 or 36 colors — which version?

It's simply how many different shades the design is painted with. The 24-color version has a clean, classic look and is a little easier to paint. The 36-color version adds extra shades for smoother blending and a more realistic finish. Both come with all the paint you need to complete your canvas — the number is about shades, not how much paint.
